Refunds

Purchases in Nichenaut are paid through Stripe. Refunds come from us, back to how you paid, in the currency you paid in.

14 days, any reason

Changed your mind? You can get a full refund for any purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason.

Bought without permission

If someone under 18 bought something without a parent or guardian knowing, we'll refund it, even after 14 days. Email us with the order number from the receipt.

How to ask

Email robberttorfs@gmail.com from the address on your receipt, with the receipt number, and we'll refund it.

The money goes back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

What happens to the items

A refunded purchase is taken back: its items leave your profile. A refunded battle pass premium takes premium off that season, with the premium rewards it gave, and refunded tiers come off your progress. The same happens if a payment is charged back through your bank.
